Well i managed to reach level 10 and i have got 6 playfish cash. But I really cant buy anything of great interest. It was quiet disappointing and i still cant buy anything great except dyes. I don't need Dyes I like the wigs as they are, But i am going to save my 6 PFC hopeing that when the next new game will bring more playfish offers like this. But as I am concerned i not really going to hotel city anymore. It is boring and now I have to work on pet society. Lately I had been busy with my assessment and projects but now i am free as it is the summer vacations now!!! Well I gonna miss my friend :(
  But for now I will be looking forward to new games with PFC promotions!

The trial pay (free playfish cash)

There is an option in which you can earn free playfish cash. all you have to do it do some surveys and you get some playfish cash. I tried it with my fake account Mystery but so far there was no luck i did not get any! It said that i might have to wait one day or something like that. I decided to wait Besides it is my vacations!!!! Yep that's right my school is over today was the last day Now i am will soon become a 9th grader :D. But when i was going through the playfish forums I saw many people who have commented the playfish has scammed them by never giving them any PFC. But they ended up getting huge numbers of spam. Actually the survey is not there in India but if you are using hot shield the option is available. For now I hope I get my PFC. I wasted a lot of time on the surveys if playfish causes any problems they are getting a line of complains!!!!!! :P I am not so cruel but i will do it if they make me mad!!!! 

The prediction and the truth (the anime wig)

The anime wig did not turn out as I imagined or predicted! I had worked out how you can get a rough preview of a wig before it was released using paint. I tried it and it looked great and I was looking forward to get the wig. When I saw it I just bought one and when I put it on Kits (kitty for short) I was dumbstruck to find it really did not look like I imagined. I was aware that my prediction would not be perfectly right but i did not know it would be this off. After looking at that preview I found that the wig was bigger and gave a different effect.  The picture on the left is the Prediction I made using paint and the image on the right is the actually fact. Well I guess this time it was off but maybe next time I will have better luck.

I am dieing to try the dyes

Recently Playfish has released the option to dye your Pet's wigs....... Now all pets wont wear the same boring colored wigs. But to buy it you need playfish cash which I can/will never buy.But Playfish has give us a chance to try them out!!!!! play hotel city and get up to 10 playfish cash!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got 6 so far i never get 4 more i cant reach the 24 level in such short time. I officially don't have it yet but I will get it on the 16th :D

     So far there are 8 colors but on Monday we will get  pink and blue dyes too. A few friends promised to get me atleast one dye packet as long as I gift them something expensive it is pretty much like a trade :P
I will post pictures of how each dye will look on the 16th when i get my hand on my playfish cash. I really hope i get them without facing any glitches or problems, i really don't want to waste writing a complaint!!!!!!!

the Preview

Well if you check the pet society every Friday you will know two new wigs are coming up. There is a pink anime wig which I liked but I was not sure if it will look good on kitty. Well now I know :D

 Dont worry I have not cheated. All I did was use paint and make the pic. I took the wig's pic from pet society's blog and than took a pic of kitty without wearing any head gear and attached them to each other. It sounds easy but can be tricky but I am pretty good at paint. Try this for you pet too :D

But there is no grantee that the wig will look exactly like this. In the game it might be of a different size or something so be careful.

This came out as a total shock to me but it is true!
yesterday while checking my mail......
I saw a mail by playfish that if we play hotel will will get two PFC and if we reach level 10 We get 4 more and if we reach Level 25 we get 4 more!

in total we can get up to ten PFC
This is like a dream come true :D
hurry you can only get it if you reach the level or play the game before 12th april!!!!
when you do you will get the playfish cash on the 16th but before that remember to agree to the term and conditions of playfish :)

Is pet society really a social game?

Well Playfish advertises Pet society as a social game but how far is it true?

Well this Question first arises in my mine when I asked one of my BFFs if she like Yoville or Pet society. She simply answered Yoville, so I asked why to this she answered that she could interact with new people in yoVille while in pet society she just had to earn money. Will at first I denied this fact but it was true. A social game is something where you can meet other people but just because you can see other people’s pet does not make it a social game. So can we really consider pet society a social game????

   There is no way to know if you friend is playing Pet society as the same time as you. The only way to do that is by Facebook chat. Infact if your friend changed something in her/his house you can’t see unless and until you restart the game. Meaning this game is not actively updated.

   Well actually I do play Yoville when ever I want to meet up with my friend and talk to her live and in a new way. Club penguin is another game like yoville but you can’t buy anything unless you are a member. Well you can certainly meet new people and talk to them, and if you wanted them as a friend there is no need to add them as a friend is Facebook you can add them to your buddy list. While in pet society you have to add them as a friend to do so.

    So what do you think is pet society really a Social game?

 

So how all should playfish add to pet society to make it a social game? I think the option to meet your friend’s pet live and even able to chat with them. But making petsociety exactly like yoville or club penguin will be a nightmare. As in both the game you have really small avatars but in Pet society you have the perfect sized avatar. i guess Play fish should make a small spot in Petsociety where Pets are allowed to chat and interact with other pets.

  Well i would say that the fountain area in the middle will be a good place for players to meet new ones and the waterfalls in the left top corner and the field in the right bottom conor and even the golden mayor statue area. well sorry for using the old map but i lost the pic of the new one so sorry and i could not take one as i am currently busy as my exams are coming up and i  need to prepare so i do less blogging and more studying
